Abortion in Cases of Rape

Abortion in Cases of Rape from Destiny Herndon-DeLaRosa on Vimeo.

A lot of things in this video might offend you, but the thing that should absolutely offend you the most is that fact that I say "feminist tingles." I dunno, dude. It was early. I have no excuse. That was not OK.

  1. Thank you for trying to get people to rethink abortion in cases of rape. On my site there are many logical reasons why women don't abort THEIR child conceived in rape. Remember it is her baby too. http://www.choices4life.org for many more stories and videos from the women and children of rape conception. It is a misplaced compassion to kill an innocent baby and let the rapist go free to do it again.

    1. Amen! and Amen! :) i wholeheartedly agree with that last sentence you just uttered there, err typed, Juda! Excellent! "It IS a misplaced compassion to kill an innocent baby and let the rapist go free to do it again."!
My baby girl was conceived out of date rape and I have had many ppl tell me, when and if I share my story, that they are "surprised" i didnt "terminate" her. I just look at them and say, "I never even had that thought...After all, she's mine, too."
How is that the automatic response to a rape victim who gets impregnated? just kill it, that'll make eveything ok. What?!??

  2. what do you say to people who say that us women are duped and brainwashed by the right wing agenda to be fueling this war on women? that we are "socialized men"? this makes me so sad, but then again, most of these people do walk and dwell in darkness.....

  3. How does it "help" a rape victim to be violated again by submitting to an abortion and paying money to participate in violence towards a baby that is also hers? She's pretty much being "raped" twice; first time the baby's conceived, second time the baby's destroyed.

  4. Abortion is wrong because life begin at conception and God is the owner and author of life. The way in which conception occurs is not relevant. Since the life is God's we have no "right" to snuff it out whether we are acting in a way that we view as compassionate or not. I do not minimize the trauma of rape and subsequent conception of a child--but God knows what he is doing. We need to trust Him.

We do not earn our right to speak out against abortion in the rare cases of rape by being raped and then conceiving. We earn the right, because we know the Truth.
